Community Bridges, Inc. (CBI) is an integrated behavioral healthcare agency offering a variety of programs throughout Arizona. CBI provides residential, outpatient, inpatient, patient-centered medical homes, medication-assisted treatment, and crisis services to individuals experiencing crisis, opioid use disorder, homelessness, and mental illness. Position Overview The Associate Director will oversee outreach, shelter, housing, and community-based programs, directly supervising management staff. Responsibilities include ensuring compliance, meeting productivity and outcome goals, developing staff through training, reviewing innovative service delivery approaches, managing grants and budgets in collaboration with the finance department, and representing CBI in the community to forge new partnerships and funding opportunities. The role also involves acting as a liaison to streamline connections between CBIs medical and crisis units and housing resources. Qualifications High school diploma or GED required; higher education in behavioral health preferred. Recovery from alcohol/drugs and/or GMH for at least one year preferred. Minimum 1 year experience in outreach and engagement in behavioral health. 1-3 years grant writing, program development, or grant monitoring experience. Valid AZ Drivers License, clean Motor Vehicle Record, and applicable certifications (Behavioral Health Technician, Peer Certification, Fingerprint and Jail Clearances).
