Education: Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus. 10+ years of progressive EHS leadership experience in large-scale logistics, manufacturing, or industrial environments. Demonstrated expertise in managing multi-site EHS programs across North America. Certifications: CSP (Certified Safety Professional), CIH (Certified Industrial Hygienist), or equivalent credentials are highly desirable. In-depth knowledge of OSHA, EPA, DOT (U.S.), and provincial safety and environmental regulations (Canada). Familiarity with ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to develop and implement large-scale EHS programs. Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions. Proficiency in EHS management systems and reporting tools. Benefits
