Full-Time Account Director (Hybrid Phoenix, AZ) Our client is seeking an experienced
Account Director
with a strong creative and financial background to lead their U.S. team. This hybrid role is based in Phoenix, AZ. You Will: Act as the primary contact for Americas Creative and key stakeholders, driving strategic initiatives that enhance the client experience. Manage and motivate U.S.-based teams, setting clear objectives and translating strategy into effective execution. Provide creative direction and elevate team capabilities through coaching and feedback. Lead business and client meetings (monthly/quarterly), ensuring KPIs and SLAs are met. Partner with global teams to maintain consistency across services. Stay current on client business, industry trends, and competitor activity. Oversee top-tier projects, ensuring timely delivery across all touchpoints. Support recruitment, onboarding, and training to build high-performing teams. Identify and resolve potential risks early, implementing effective mitigation plans. Manage vendor relationships and assess training needs across the team. Deliver performance reviews and offer developmental feedback. Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities and assist in P&L management with the Director. Analyze account performance and optimize operations for efficiency and growth. You Have: Bachelors degree (Design or Creative Arts preferred) 5+ years of experience in financial services or a related field Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication abilities Proficient in MS Office; MOS Certification a plus Solid background in technology and project management Proven track record in building and managing high-performing teams Strategic thinker with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset Seniority level
