Responsibilities:
1. In accordance with the application of customers' gas furnaces, water heaters, and other systems, comprehensively evaluate the product design of the company's existing gas valves and propose improvement recommendations.
2. Take responsibility for identifying, gathering, and providing feedback on the technical requirements of gas valves from the client side. Additionally, be responsible for technical confirmation and communication regarding gas valves with clients, while offering pre-sales and after-sales technical support for the product.
3. For the future development of new gas valve products, provide strategic guidance based on customer applications, trends in the gas valve industry, and other relevant aspects, and conduct technical supervision throughout the process.
4. According to the company's requirements, take charge of collecting and analyzing pertinent technical information within the North American gas sector, and submit detailed technical information reports to the company, covering the current state of the industry, market development opportunities, and other critical factors.
Requirements:
1. Have at least 5 years of technical work experience in the field of gas furnaces or gas valves, and have an understanding of gas valve products (product design, structure, working principle, customer pain points and product market application).
2. The gas valve products developed by the person in charge have a record of batch application in mainstream customers.
3. Have an in-depth understanding of the gas furnace system (structural composition, working principle, system operation control mode, application scenarios, fault modes, maintenance, etc.);
4. Have a certain understanding of the identification process, identification items, test methods, etc. of gas valves on the client side;
5. Have an in-depth understanding of the industry requirements and standards in the North American gas sector;
6. Possess good internal and external communication skills;
7. Have a certain understanding of the production and manufacturing process of gas valves and be able to provide guiding opinions on the company's gas valve production process.
