Description We are seeking a highly skilledManager of the Revenue Operations teamto optimize our revenue processes, improve operational efficiencies, and support our go-to-market teams. Job Summary: As aRevenue Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing revenue-related tools, processes, and analytics. You will work closely withSales, Marketing, and Customer Successteams to ensure seamless operations and data-driven decision-making. This role requires strong experience in revenue operations and aproven track record of managing teams for 2-3 years. What will you do Develop, implement, and optimizerevenue operations processesto drive efficiency across sales, marketing, and customer success teams. Manage and improveCRM systems(e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and other revenue-related tools to ensure accuracy, integration, and effectiveness. Lead theevaluation, implementation, and maintenance of sales and marketing technologiesto support growth objectives. Marketing Operations experience is a strong advantage—helping enhance lead management, attribution models, and campaign tracking. Analyze and reportkey revenue metrics, pipeline health, and forecastingto senior leadership. Design and enforcedata governance best practicesto maintain data integrity and accuracy. Work closely withfinance and leadershipto align revenue goals with company objectives. Mentor and manage asmall team (2-3 years of leadership experience required)while fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Requirements 8+ yearsof experience inRevenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Marketing Operations, preferably in aB2B SaaS or cybersecurityenvironment. 2-3 yearsof experience managing teams Preference for experience with Channel MSSPs and MSPs Strong expertise inCRM platforms(Salesforce, HubSpot) andmarketing automation tools(Marketo, Pardot, etc.). Proficiency inanalytics and reporting tools(Tableau, Looker, Power BI, etc.). Deep understanding oflead-to-revenue processes, sales funnel optimization, and marketing attribution models. Excellentproblem-solving skillsand adata-driven mindset. Strongproject management skillswith the ability to prioritize and execute multiple initiatives. Exceptionalcommunication and stakeholder management skills. You are Experience incybersecurity, SaaS, or technologysectors. Familiarity withCPQ, billing, and finance tools(e.g., Zuora, NetSuite). Knowledge ofSQL or basic scriptingfor data analysis is a plus. #J-18808-Ljbffr
