Essential Job Functions:
Commitment to Safety
- Demonstrates a strong commitment to maintaining a safe work environment by adhering to all safety protocols and guidelines.
- Promotes a culture of safety within the organization by leading by example and encouraging others to prioritize safety.
- Promptly reports any safety incidents or near-misses to the appropriate personnel and contributes to the investigation process.
- Active participation in safety-related programs and initiatives is required as necessary. This includes involvement in the safety committee on a rotating schedule, as well as participation in Risk Assessments, Exposure Hunts, department inspections, and change management activities.
- Operate stock picker.
- Operate TSP.
- Operate Handheld RF (WMS).
- Operate electric pallet jack.
- Completes travelers.
- Receives product in handheld.
- Pick product using handheld rf in WMS.
- Retrieve product from QC hold.
- Ability to become Clamp truck certified.
- Ability to become Sit-down fork truck certified.
- Additional tasks as requested or assigned.
- Full time presence required.
- Ability to work well with others in a team environment
- Full time presence required
- Ability and willingness to be cross trained in any other functions as required or requested.
- Excellent attendance required.
- Ability to work overtime as required or requested including extended shifts and weekends.
- Additional tasks as assigned.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to lift to 65lbs unassisted.
- Attention to detail.
- Effective time management skills.
- Effective verbal communication skills.
- Positive attitude.
- Working knowledge of OSHA safety rules.
- Fork truck experience and / or certification.
