JOB REQUIREMENTS: Overview This position is providing event security forthe NFL Draft 2025 in Green Bay, Wisconsin. BEFORE YOU APPLY: 1.Security licenses ARE REQUIRED - CAN BE OBTAINED BEFORE NFL DRAFT 2.Open Availability REQUIRED 3. Background check and DRUG TEST REQUIREDEvent Venues Include: Hotels, restaurants, and businesses surroundingLambeau Field Things to know: Event staff are not eligible for benefits.All staff are eligible for 401k and Per Mar Perks. This is a temporaryposition but can lead to part/full time positions with Per Mar Security.Vehicle and Valid Driver's license may be required at certain locationsMain event (NFLL Draft 2025) will be held on Thursday April 24th, 2025,thru Saturday April 27th, 2025, with some security officers neededbefore and after the actual Draft. Open availability is required duringthis week and weekend of the above dates. Essential Functions andResponsibilities: Event personnel are responsible for tasks including,but not limited to: Ensuring that attendees are adhering to regulationsin regard to items allowed on site, assisting attendees of the NFL Draftin finding directions, maintaining crowd control and reporting potentialor existing incidents to proper authorities and Per Mar's SecurityCoordinator. Maintain a positive work atmosphere by interacting with thePer Mar Security Services internal/external customers (including, butnot limited to current customers, prospective customers, clients,vendors, co-workers, supervisors and management) in a mutuallyrespectful manner regardless of race, color, religion, gender, nationalorigin, age, disability, veteran status, sexual orientation and allother protected classes. Adhere to the highest standards of ethicalbusiness conduct and compliance by acting lawfully, ethically, honestlyand professionally in the performance of their jobs at all times as wellas be in compliance with company policy and procedures as it relates totheir job function.
