Job Title: Electrical Foreman – Rotational 4x2
Location: Anchorage, AK – North Slope (Position requires Travel)
Reports to: Project Superintendent
Salary Range: $68 Hourly
Schedule: 7 x 12 (4 Week Rotations)

What You Will Do:
The Project Electrical Foreman oversees all electrical, instrumentation, and controls work for construction projects on the North Slope. This position entails supervising the electrical team, ensuring adherence to safety standards, and coordinating with stakeholders to deliver projects effectively. The role demands a flexible rotational schedule and is project-based, spanning approximately six to seven months, with the possibility of extension.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and coordinate electrical construction projects
• Perform cost estimates and projections
• Review and upgrade electrical systems
• Evaluate electrical procedures
• Understand current NEC and NFPA70E standards thoroughly.
• Recognize and correct gaps in the safe execution of Udelhoven work scopes.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and provide solutions to technical issues.
• Monitor and report on the progress of work activity and significant milestones

Skills:

• The electrician must currently hold a State of Alaska Electrician Journeyman certification of fitness per Alaska State Statute 8 AAC 90.160.
• Valid driver’s license required and ability to be insured by Udelhoven’s auto insurer.
• Experience in the oil and gas industry.
• Ability to work 4x2 or 3x3 rotation.
• Familiarity with and knowledge of electrical codes and best practices with regard to electrical distribution and power systems.
• Knowledge of the safety hazards and necessary safety precautions connected with electrical systems.
• State of Alaska Certificate of Fitness
• Other duties as assigned.

Bonus Points if you have:

• One year experience working with Office Suite programs (i.e., Word, Excel, & Outlook) preferred.
• Three years experience as a Journeyman Electrician, including two years in industrial electrical work.

ADDITIONAL QUALIFYING FACTORS:
As a condition of employment, you are required to pass a pre-employment drug screening, as well as have acceptable references and background check. Must have reliable transportation to/from work.
