What you’ll do Travel locally

to adult & geriatric clients in Randolph, Topsham, and Chelsea. Evaluate

functional status (mobility, ADLs/IADLs, cognition, safety). Design & deliver

personalized treatment plans and adaptive strategies. Assess home environments

and recommend equipment or modifications. Educate

patients & caregivers for long-term success at home. Document

Vermont OT license 1+ year
