Digital Marketing Specialist/Manager
to take the lead on our
email marketing
efforts and contribute to broader
e-commerce initiatives . If youre fluent in customer behavior, love optimizing campaigns, and have a strong pulse on MMA/BJJ culture, we’d love to meet you! Email Marketing Strategy & Execution Own and build high-performing campaigns and automated flows (welcome, abandoned cart, win-back, etc.) Manage audience segmentation and list health to drive personalized messaging Write compelling copy, subject lines, and CTAs in the brand voice Analyze performance (open, click, conversion rates) and continuously A/B test Make light design tweaks in Photoshop to enhance email visuals E-Commerce Site Operations Oversee daily Shopify site updates — product uploads, SEO, promotional calendar Conduct product QA and ensure top-tier user experience Identify opportunities for conversion rate optimization and UX improvements Use tools like GA4, Klaviyo, and Shopify to extract insights and track KPIs Cross-Team Collaboration Partner with creative, customer service, and merchandising teams to ensure consistent messaging across platforms Troubleshoot technical or support issues related to e-commerce Contribute to seasonal launches, brand campaigns, and special promotions Provide actionable insights to support marketing and product planning What We’re Looking For: 2–5 years in digital marketing or e-commerce, preferably for a consumer brand Proficiency with Klaviyo, Shopify, Google Analytics (GA4), and Adobe Photoshop Strong copywriting skills and eye for design Passion for or familiarity with Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu culture is a major plus Please submit your resume for consideration.
