Schedule:
Fulltime 40hrs/week (Monday-Friday) with rotating call.
About Us - EEG We are a small department consisting of 3 full-time technicians that cover all inpatient and outpatient EEG studies. We are located at the West campus and perform studies across any unit in the hospital, including the ED, ICU, and NICU. Patients can range in age from premature infants to geriatrics. We work closely with the neurologists, the ordering provider, and beside nursing staff when performing the EEG studies. What You'll Do
Performs inpatient and outpatient diagnostic testing and evaluation of EEG exams under the direction of a neurologist. Coordinates the testing schedule with the EEG Coordinator. Assists the EEG Coordinator with the day to day operations of the lab. Works directly in patient care areas and in the outpatient setting performing diagnostic exams.
Requirements
2.5 years clinical EEG experience, Graduate or Completion of CAAHEP or ABRET recognized program, RPSGT Certification, or an Associate's degree in a clinically oriented health field. Receive R. EEG T. credentials through American Board of Registration of Electroencephalographic and Evoked Potential Technologists (ABRET) within 2 years of hire. Freeman Perks and Programs
