Currently, we are seeking individuals for a Lead Business Systems Analyst opportunity with our client in Cleveland, Ohio. This opportunity is 100% remote! Candidate MUST reside in the United States.
The ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of related experience working on requirements for API's that connects to auto quoting systems.
Responsibilities: • Collaborate with Business to analyze current system requirements and translate those requirements into specifications for Quoting API workflow. • Write requirements based on information above • Analyze system defects for validity • Facilitate requirements refinement meeting • Provide insights and feedback into requirements syncs and system test plans
Required Skills: • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Strong collaboration, influencing, and relationship building skills • Experience in Scrum/Agile • Strong Analytical and Problem solving skills fostering environment of continuous improvement • Translating existing business rules into requirements for project team using industry standards • Understanding and experience writing requirements for APIs • Deep experience with multi-tiered applications involving data, data contracts, rules-guided events, synchronous API request/response, headless solutions, and working effectively with business logic across each layer of the desired solution • Knowledge and experience writing requirements in Personal or Commercial auto domains • Experience testing APIs for potential Quality Assurance help and/or production validation
Preferred Skills: • Experience using Postman • Duck Creek experience • Commercial Lines Quoting or API experience
