Base pay range $70,000.00/yr - $90,000.00/yr JCW is proud to partner with a leading supplier of agricultural and dairy farm products in the search for a Territory Sales Manager . This is a key field-based role, focused on developing and maintaining strong customer relationships within the dairy farming community. Covering a defined territory, you will be responsible for selling a portfolio of high-quality farm inputs, equipment, and supplies directly to farmers and dairy producers. This role requires extensive travel within the region (up to 75%) and is ideal for a sales professional with a solid understanding of the dairy industry—whether from hands-on farming experience or previous work in the sector. Key Responsibilities Drive sales and market share growth across your assigned territory. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with dairy farmers and agricultural businesses. Conduct regular on-site visits to customer farms to understand their needs and provide tailored product solutions. Identify new business opportunities and manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing. Attend trade shows, regional meetings, and customer events to represent the brand and stay current on market trends. Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless customer support and timely delivery of products. Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and provide regular sales reports to management. Candidate Requirements Sales Experience: Proven track record in field sales, B2B, or agri-sales is required. Dairy Industry Knowledge: Must have personal or professional exposure to dairy farming —this could include working on a dairy farm, having grown up on one, or having sold into the sector. Comfortable with regular travel (up to 75%) across rural and regional areas. Company car & credit card WILL be provided. Strong interpersonal skills with a consultative, solution-based approach to selling. Self-motivated, independent, and able to manage a sales territory effectively.
