Overview
We currently have two openings :
Full-Time: 40 hours per week (Monday–Friday, standard business hours)
Part-Time: 20 hours per week (Friday and Saturday, 7:00 AM–5:30 PM)
Key Responsibilities:
Perform in-depth troubleshooting of PCBAs to identify component- and circuit-level failures.
Analyze electronic circuits and system topologies to pinpoint root causes of failures.
Develop, maintain, and continuously improve troubleshooting and repair methods for PCBs and assemblies.
Collaborate with engineering teams to communicate repair solutions and product issues to customers.
Assist with the setup, configuration, and troubleshooting of test equipment and software.
Support quality improvement efforts by analyzing field data and providing technical feedback.
Document and report failure findings, contributing to overall process improvement and knowledge sharing.
Qualifications:
Education: Associate’s Degree in Electronics Engineering Technology or related field, or equivalent experience.
Experience:
Proficient in reading and interpreting PCB schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical documentation.
Skilled in using oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, multimeters, and other diagnostic tools for board-level troubleshooting.
Familiarity with electronic testing, soldering techniques, and component-level repairs.
Preferred Skills:
Prior experience in electronics manufacturing or production test environments.
Ability to identify patterns in failures and contribute to product or process improvements.
Exposure to new electronic technologies and continuous improvement initiatives.
