Specific Requirements
DOE, DOD experience is required Earth work and/or heavy civil experience is a plus Willing to travel on per diem basis Experience with NQA-1 is a plus
Project Executive Responsibilities
Plan and oversee all aspects of the construction project Assist in all levels of the project, including project execution, project planning, project financials, preconstruction, and health and safety planning Align resources for optimal results across the division Ensure timely delivery of all projects, within the agreed budget, and following the pre-established specifications Develop a thorough understanding of the contract documents Knowledge of contract risk management, as well as client-contract requirements and sub-contractor requirements Responsible for the supervision, direction, communication, and development of the project team Ability to read and understand construction documents such as blueprints, scopes of work, schedules, specifications, safety manuals, etc. Develop strategies that support the companys growth to acquire new clients
Project Executive Qualifications
BS degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering is preferred 10+ years experience as a Project Manager or Senior Project Manager Complete understanding of the construction process, including cost control, scheduling, safety regulations, and engineering is required Familiarity with change orders, purchase orders, RFIs, submittals
Requirements
Must have valid driver's license Must participate in pre-employment and random drug screening program. Subject to a background screening process
