Job Description Clearance: Secret Mandatory to Apply (Active/Valid)
OSAAVA Services is looking for a
EndPoint Security System (ESS) Engineer
to support the IRES Contract at Shriever SFB in Colorado Springs.
Essential Duties
Design, architecture, development, integration, testing, installation, configuration, deployment, and maintenance of ESS components, agent modules, and policies.
Troubleshoot ESS components and applications, especially ePO policies.
Maintain and update ESS configurations to address exploits using HIPS.
Create automated reporting dashboards within ePO for real-time compliance and asset visibility.
Manage and optimize the Enterprise Security System (ESS)/Trellix infrastructure, including operational parameter adjustments.
Essential Experience Must have one of the following:
HS Diploma/GED + 10 years experience
Associate's degree + 8 years experience
Bachelor's degree + 6 years experience
Master's degree + 4 years experience
Additionally,:
6 years of related IT experience
Experience with DoD cybersecurity processes and tools (e.g., ACAS, HBSS, ArcSight)
Active DoD Secret Security Clearance
Current DoD 8570.01M IAT Level II certification
Qualifications / Certifications
CompTIA Security+
Preferred but Not Essential
Experience integrating Trellix ESS with vulnerability scanners
Experience with Elastic, Syslog, SIEMs (Splunk, ELK)
Knowledge of Active Directory GPOs
Understanding of ENS Policy Customization and ATP tuning
Experience with cloud endpoints (Azure/AWS)
Certifications: CompTIA CASP+, CySA+
Mentoring junior analysts
Writing SOPs/training materials
