A company is looking for an Event Planner to manage and execute various events in the Pharma / Life Sciences industry.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the primary liaison with conference organizers for effective event planning and execution. Lead and manage key industry events, overseeing logistics, budgeting, and project management. Research venues and manage all aspects of planning and communication with internal colleagues. Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Management, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in trade show / conference event management and marketing. Experience managing multi-million-dollar budgets across regions. Strong project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams. Events & Meeting Management certificate (CMP, CMM, or CTSM) is preferred.
