Our Houston-based client is seeking an experienced SAP Manager to oversee SAP ECC and contribute to the broader enterprise application landscape. This is a permanent leadership opportunity ideal for someone with a technical background , hands-on SAP knowledge, and the ability to manage AMS partners and internal teams while driving SAP roadmap strategy. 10+ years of overall SAP experience , including functional or technical background 5+ years of experience in S/4HANA implementations Experience working in Agile delivery environments Familiarity with ServiceNow for ITSM processes Understanding of SAP Activate methodology 5 Areas of Responsibility: Team Leadership : Manage and mentor a team of SAP professionals and third-party vendors ️ Hands-on SAP Expertise : Oversee system operations and help resolve escalated issues ️ Project & Program Management : Drive SAP ECC and S/4HANA initiatives from planning to delivery Cross-functional Collaboration : Work closely with IT, business stakeholders, and AMS providers Problem Solving : Identify risks, address system inefficiencies, and propose innovative solutions We are a specialist recruitment partner connecting elite SAP professionals with ambitious employers across the globe.
