You will:
Conduct estimate appointments and review the repair process with customers.
Inspect and analyze collision-damaged vehicles to create repair plans.
Use CCCOne to write estimates and update in-process work.
Confirm the appropriate ordering and delivery of parts needed for repairs.
Monitor repair progress to ensure compliance with established repair and quality standards.
Ensure communication with customers throughout the repair process, including vehicle status updates.
Prepare and complete proper paperwork prior to vehicle delivery.
Coordinate with manager to ensure that repair schedules are followed and vehicles are delivered on time.
