XPERIENCE . The General Manager will be responsible for driving customer service with current clients, continuous growth in the market, and ongoing focus on team member development. Responsibilities: The General Manager will establish and communicate clear standards of performance. Place emphasis on living our Vision, Mission and Core Values and lead all business practices with these things in mind. General Manager is responsible for creating,
XECUTING
and managing plans to increase sales, profitability and demonstrating genuine customer service. Creating an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture. Coordinate and discuss performance including financial and operational performance with department managers. Ensure the company’s targets, intentions, and objectives are obtained. Requirements: Sales experience is preferred, but we want you to know how, not to be overly pushy. Strong leadership and people skills with the ability to lead, mentor and bring diverse groups together for a common goal. General Manager must be able to present information in multiple settings for customers, employees, and vendors. Strong working knowledge of MS Office and CRM System. Valid unrestricted driver's license. IICRC-ASD and IICRC – AMRT preferred. Benefits: Competitive salary plus quarterly incentive A few monthly events where food is provided.
