Key Responsibilities:

As a vital member of our team, you will be responsible for day-to-day operational functions, ensuring the smooth execution of office policies, procedures, and plans. Your role involves collaborating with the leadership team to create an unrivaled experience for patients and staff.

Your Role:

• Assist clinical providers and support staff operations
• Educate clients on products, services, and special offers
• Capture photos and videos to showcase our work
• Generate invoices with quick math skills to provide patients with options
• Engage in social media posting and interactions
• Problem-solving and troubleshooting
• Work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
• Maintain open lines of communication with all staff
• Proficient in various computer programs and technologies (iPad, desktop, laptop, iPhone)

Requirements:

• Strong desire to learn and grow within the medical aesthetic industry
• High attention to detail and ability to handle a dynamic workload
