Publicis Sapient is looking for a Manager, ETRM/Endur Solution Architect to support the translation and construction of our clients' business problems into creative technology solutions during this exciting time of growth for the energy and commodities sector. You will provide mentorship and direction to project teams, leveraging your technical skills to develop solutions. We are on a mission to transform the world, and you will be instrumental in shaping how we do it with your ideas, thoughts, and solutions. Your Impact
Engage with Business and IT stakeholders to implement client requirements on ETRM products and bespoke systems. Provide functional and technical leadership for ETRM software implementations, focusing on products like ION RightAngle, Allegro, or Endur. Lead requirements analysis, functional design, solution architecture, technical design, and implementation for ETRM products and their integrations. Perform technology assessments, project estimations, and planning. Implement technology solutions using modern engineering practices, ideally utilizing Cloud services, DevOps, CI/CD, automated testing frameworks. Serve as a Subject Matter Expert on one or more ETRM products, fostering people growth and knowledge management. Provide leadership and technical guidance to a project team of 10+ members. Experience with Open Link Endur V16 & higher Over 10 years of experience in ETRM engagements Experience delivering programs using the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) is preferred Solid understanding of the trade lifecycle across various asset classes such as crude, refined products, natural gas, NGLs, power, etc. Knowledge of physical and financial instruments, including purchase, sale, buy-sell, logistics, blending, inventory, futures, swaps, options, etc. Experience developing ETRM product customizations/extensions like business rules, reports, contract templates, invoice templates, and understanding of product data models. Experience integrating ETRM products with enterprise systems such as e-Confirm, ICE/CME Exchanges, SAP, Oracle, Shipping, Veson, etc. Requirements
Skills | Must-Haves: 10+ years of professional experience Experience with Endur V16 or higher Industry experience in Energy & Commodity Trading (Gas, Power, LNG, Oil, Emissions) Experience developing ETRM customizations and extensions Experience architecting applications on Azure, including migrations or re-platforming of legacy systems Nice to Have Skills: SAP HANA, Salesforce, and/or API Management experience Bachelor's Degree or higher Fully remote position with occasional travel to Canada.
