We are currently seeking a North America Controller to provide overall administrative, reporting and planning structure to the Finance team. Responsible for managing the consolidation, budgeting, forecasting, variance and trend analysis process for the organization with detailed emphasis by group and department.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Reviews and ensures the integrity of the RFC financials.
- Reports the RF&M actuals and forecast – checks with Assistant Group Controller for adjustments as needed.
- Reviews compilation and distribution of reports to Amphenol Corporate and Amphenol RF’s management team.
- Incentive calculations for RFNA.
- Ensure the integrity of the financials.
- Roadmap and market segment reporting.
- Prepare monthly operations meeting package.
- Coordinate and prepare the Strategic plan, budgets and standard costs for RFNA.
- Responsible for Sarbanes Oxley and COSO compliance.
- Ensure compliance with Lease reporting standard as well as Revenue recognition.
- Monitors, analyzes and reports on inventory valuation, production and various other costs.
- Analysis of E&O and recommendations for alternate use or disposal.
- Responsible for various reports to tax department and other tax authorities.
- Audit calculations for sustainability.
- Participate in key projects within organization to drive process improvements and cost reductions.
- Work closely with Director of Manufacturing Technology for payback on all capital expenditures.
- Review and analyze financial reports collected from all divisions and identify areas to be targeted for potential cost reductions and track progress.
- Review division hard close check lists.
- Travel to Mexico and other locations as needed.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required with ten (10) to twelve (12) years related experience to include working in a manufacturing environment.
