Position Overview The Project Engineer is a critical component of the project team, working together to manage construction projects. Essential Duties and Key Responsibilities Coordinate material procurement and delivery Produce project schedules Review and assess the suitability of shop drawings and submittals Quote and qualify subcontractor requests for change orders Track the status of change orders Monitor Requests for Information (RFIs) Collect, verify, and distribute as-builts Maintain project close-out documents Assist with field supervision Read blueprints Perform quantity take-offs Solicit subcontractors Handle correspondence Ensure quality control Coordinate subcontractors Perform other duties as assigned Company Overview F.H. Requirements Knowledge of construction-related technology such as Bluebeam, Revit, and Procore Strong written and verbal communication skills Proficiency with spreadsheets, word processing, and scheduling software Four-year degree in Engineering, Construction, Architecture, or Business Prior experience is a plus F.H.
