A highly respected multi-disciplinary consultancy, home to a dedicated team of exceptional industry experts, requires a Senior Civil / Structural Engineer to join their rail asset management division.
This is an interesting role, which will involve working on a range of projects and structures, looking at inspection, examination, assessment and design of civil engineering assets found in a rail environment.
Responsibilities:
Production of civil and structural technical reports, specifications, designs and RAMS
Conduct inspections of civil and structural assets, checking their condition, identifying any defects and their potential impact and recommending remedial actions
Carrying out simple design solutions
Take part in client meetings
Requirements:
Experience as a Senior Civil Engineer or Senior Structural Engineer, ideally within the rail sector
Experience carrying out on-site inspection and examination of civil / structural assets
Knowledge of Network Rail codes would be beneficial
Willingness to travel across London and the South
Driving licence
