Role Summary
Our Electrical Hardware Technical Program Management team seeks a proactive Engineering Program Specialist (EPS) to lead ECU new product development across the supply chain. You will collaborate with electrical and mechanical suppliers, manage procurement and material readiness, and oversee budget and invoice tracking for R&D activities, including NPI materials.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to manage electrical and mechanical component BOM readiness and procurement activities.
- Develop, issue, and track Purchase Orders and Invoices for NPI materials.
- Monitor material readiness and manage delivery schedules with PCBA contract manufacturers.
- Implement mitigation strategies with suppliers to recover build schedules.
- Create reports on material status, risks, and mitigation strategies for teams and leadership.
- Partner on process improvements for material readiness.
- Coordinate budget development and invoice tracking within the Electrical Hardware organization.
- Manage multiple projects with effective prioritization.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of industry experience in procurement, logistics, and vendor management.
- BA/BS degree preferred.
- Experience with custom PCBA BOM procurement and management.
- Experience in vendor management and logistics.
- Experience in organizational budget management.
