HR Generalist (On-Site | Direct Hire)
Location: St. Petersburg, FL 33701 | Full-Time | Exempt
Essential Staffing Solutions is seeking an experienced HR Generalist for a direct hire, on-site position in St. Petersburg, FL. This role will oversee human resources functions, employee relations, and compliance while supporting company culture and engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage recruiting, hiring, background checks, and new hire orientations
- Oversee training programs and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
- Handle employee relations, including performance management and dispute resolution
- Assist with compensation analysis, benefits administration, and HR policy development
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of HR experience (property management industry preferred)
- Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred
- Proficiency in Paycor ATS, MacOS, and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Ability to work on-site with a flexible schedule, including some evenings and weekends
