Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Concrete Estimator Project Manager located in New Waverly, TX. The Concrete Estimator Project Manager is responsible for preparing cost estimates, scheduling projects, coordinating with clients and subcontractors, managing budgets, and overseeing project progress to ensure timely and successful completion. Additional tasks include order management, reviewing construction plans, and ensuring adherence to safety standards and quality control.
Qualifications
3+ years experience in estimating
Knowledge of Planswift software
Knowledge of Heavy Equipment and Flatwork
Understanding of Ready Mix Concrete applications
Excellent project management and organizational skills
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
