Job Summary The
National Sales Manager
plans and promotes sales activities to meet department targets, negotiating with meeting planners to ensure customer satisfaction across guestrooms, banquet food & beverage, and spa services.
Pay & Perks
Salary: $70,000 - $75,000 DOE + Sales Incentive

Essential Duties
Meet or exceed group business sales goals.
Conduct sales calls, participate in tradeshows, and network in assigned territories.
Arrange and accompany clients on hotel tours.
Negotiate contracts and maintain hotel exposure in key markets.
Develop and execute strategic sales plans.
Build and maintain professional relationships with clients.
Stay informed about competitors and market trends.
Support marketing and safety initiatives.
Assist in developing hotel marketing and quarterly plans.
Participate in the Manager on Duty program.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Minimum 4 years relevant experience
Experience in hospitality sales and management preferred
Strong interpersonal, diplomatic, and stress management skills
Ability to stand, kneel, squat, and lift up to 25 lbs
Compliance with California Labor Code and local laws
