Job Details
Position: Evening Tower Parking Deck Lobby Cleaner
Location: Pensacola Beach, FL
Pay Range: $17.00/hr - $17.00/hr
Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness of common areas on each tower floor (P, 1, 2, 3, 4) and pool deck
- Occasional maintenance of common areas
- Cleaning of parking garage, pool area, and restrooms
- Grounds cleaning and maintenance
- Maintain cleaning carts and remove garbage
- Perform occasional duties such as unloading trucks, storm preparation, and moving materials
Accountability
- Perform tasks safely and assist customers with questions or requests
- Focus on common area cleaning
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- General cleaning skills
- Valid Florida Driver’s License
Equipment and Physical Demands
- Use of floor machines and basic cleaning equipment
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand, sit, walk, reach, and perform visual tasks
Work Environment
60% outdoor, 40% indoor
Additional Remarks
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
