We are a rapidly expanding fundraising organization dedicated to organizing impactful community outreach events for our charity partners. Our unwavering commitment to supporting the community and advancing the missions of our partners has led to a growing demand for our services in the Baton Rouge area. We are seeking a driven and enthusiastic Entry Level Charity Event Manager to join our team and help us enhance our outreach efforts and increase donations through innovative fundraising activities.
Responsibilities:
Fundraising Event Coordination:
Plan, organize, and execute daily fundraising activities to support our charity partners’ goals. Strategy Development:
Collaborate with management to develop new strategies for enhancing fundraising efforts through community events and promotions. Community Engagement:
Clearly and effectively communicate the mission and values of our charity partners to engage and inspire potential donors. Donor Relations:
Maintain accurate records of donor information and interactions to ensure effective communication and follow-up. Event Evaluation:
Assess the effectiveness of previous events to identify areas for improvement and inform future event planning. Volunteer Training:
Guide and train volunteers on best practices and procedures to ensure successful fundraising efforts. Qualifications:
Strong communication and organizational skills with a keen eye for detail. Basic understanding of promotional events and marketing campaigns. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently. Proven ability to build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. A passion for community service and a desire to make a positive impact.
