Chief Scientific/Medical Officer (first-time CSO/CMO). We’re proud to be partnered with a highly distinctive, well-financed biotech in Boston developing next-generation

cell therapies for solid tumours , with a focus on a high-need indication where few have succeeded, and where I believe cell therapy can finally break through. We're seeking a Chief Scientific/Medical Officer , a physician-scientist (MD, ideally MD/PhD) with a strong foundation in cell therapy (CAR-T, Allo/iPSC-derived, or related) and both preclinical and early clinical development experience. This is an executive role for a leader ready to help shape an innovative platform and steer it from pre IND to clinic and ultimately to patients. What You’ll Lead: Translational and early clinical strategy for our cell therapy platform targeting ovarian and other solid tumors. Preclinical program leadership: drive IND-enabling studies, biomarker development, pharmacology/toxicology, and target validation. Clinical strategy development: provide medical/scientific input into protocol design and regulatory strategy. Collaborate closely across research, manufacturing, regulatory, and executive teams. Represent the company externally with KOLs, investors, clinical collaborators, and strategic partners. What We’re Looking For: MD/PhD with a strong translational oncology/cell therapy background. Small Biotech experience needed - roll up your sleeves Hands-on experience in cell therapy—CAR-T, TCR, iPSC-derived, or similar—in both preclinical and early clinical development. Demonstrated ability to translate scientific insights into clinical programs and help drive assets toward IND and first-in-human trials. Currently at VP level, ready to step into an executive leadership position. Entrepreneurial mindset, with strong strategic instincts and scientific credibility. Seniority level
