Job Title: Part-Time Remote Administrative Assistant
Location: Remote (U.S.-based)

Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Part-Time Administrative Assistant to support our internal team remotely. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, virtual environment and enjoys helping operations run smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to multiple departments including HR, Recruiting, and Operations.
- Schedule meetings, coordinate calendars, and manage virtual appointments.
- Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports.
- Maintain and update databases, spreadsheets, and internal systems.
- Handle email correspondence and respond to routine inquiries professionally and promptly.
- Assist with onboarding tasks and document collection for new hires.
- Support virtual event planning and coordination.
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in an administrative or office support role.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
- High level of discretion and professionalism.
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet work environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in staffing, recruiting, or HR support is a plus.
- Familiarity with platforms such as Zoom, Teams, and applicant tracking systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Workday) is a plus.
