Position Summary - Who Are We Looking For?
We are seeking a proven and passionate Delivery Director to lead project delivery, provide executive-level oversight, and support sales pursuits across the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) and Power Platform solution stack.
This individual will partner closely with the VP of the Biz Apps Practice, client partners, architects, and engagement managers to ensure successful project execution, practice growth, and client satisfaction. The ideal candidate brings deep experience in Dynamics 365 CE modules (Sales, Field Service, Project Operations, and Customer Service/Contact Center) and strong technical expertise in the Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse).
Key Responsibilities
Delivery Leadership
Oversee multiple, concurrent Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform engagements, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery. Lead and mentor engagement managers, functional consultants, and technical architects across global delivery teams. Ensure adherence to Microsoft Solution Architectures, Mobiz methodologies, and client governance requirements.
Sales & Solutioning Support
Support pursuit teams during sales cycles with solution design, scope definition, estimation, and SOW development. Participate in client discovery workshops, executive briefings, and proposal presentations. Help craft industry-aligned use cases and innovation workshops in support of go-to-market efforts.
Practice Development
Contribute to the evolution of Mobiz delivery frameworks, IP, reusable assets, and delivery governance models for CE and Power Platform. Support onboarding, enablement, and coaching of CE and Power Platform consultants. Stay current with Microsoft product roadmap and align practice capabilities to growth areas (e.g., Copilot, Omni-channel Contact Center, AI Builder).
Client Engagement
Build trusted advisor relationships with senior client stakeholders and represent Mobiz in executive steering committees. Proactively identify delivery risks, quality concerns, and opportunities to expand value.
Qualifications & Experience
10+ years of experience delivering Microsoft Dynamics CRM/CE solutions, including at least 3 years in a delivery or program leadership role. Proven experience leading implementations in Dynamics 365 Field Service, Project Operations, and Customer Service (Contact Center). Strong understanding of Microsoft Power Platform architecture, governance, and solution development lifecycle. Experience with enterprise-level delivery frameworks (Agile, Scrum, PMP, hybrid). Demonstrated success managing globally distributed delivery teams and complex client programs. Track record of collaborating with sales and pre-sales teams to support pursuits and write SOWs.
Preferred Qualifications
Microsoft Certifications such as PL-600, MB-910, MB-240, or Power Platform Solution Architect Expert. Familiarity with Omnichannel Contact Center, IoT integration, and Power Virtual Agents. Experience in Energy, Utilities, or Industrial sectors is a strong plus. Prior background at Microsoft or a Microsoft Systems Integrator (SI) is preferred.
