Position Summary The Director of Media and Content plays a key leadership role in shaping and executing the public voice and digital presence of the Louisville Institute (LI), a Lilly Endowment Inc. funded grant initiative at Louisville Presbyterian Theological Seminary. This position manages and is responsible for developing and implementing creative digital marketing strategies to increase online engagement, enhance brand awareness, and ensure the organization's mission and impact are conveyed to diverse audiences. In addition, this role manages social media content, tracks engagement analytics, and collaborates with various LI constituencies to amplify storytelling and promotional efforts. The Director of Media and Content will work closely with the VP, Communication and Brand Management and the Executive Director of Louisville Institute, cohort leaders, program teams, and external vendors to oversee the development and implementation of strategic communications, grant reporting, and digital marketing related to the LI Communications Capacity Grant. As capacity allows, and under the direction of the VP, Communication and Brand Management, this position may also support and manage communication-related needs for Louisville Seminary and other grant-funded programs. Additionally, this position may oversee a Social Media Content Creator Student Worker (up to 20 hours per week) to assist with content creation, social media management, and digital marketing initiatives.
