The successful candidate will be instrumental in the development and construction of the campus, ensuring that all phases of the project align with the overall mission and vision. This role involves strategic leadership in the construction procurement process, collaboration with project partners to maintain the master plan, and direct communication with stakeholders throughout all project phases. The Executive Director will also be responsible for monitoring project progress, ensuring compliance with specifications, and managing the project to stay on track and within budget. Candidates for the Executive Director position must have a Bachelor's degree in construction management or a related engineering field, with a Master's degree strongly preferred. A minimum of 10 years' of experience in large-scale healthcare construction and 7 years' of management experience is required. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of healthcare construction principles, regulations, and policies, as well as a proven track record of collaborative skills, and outstanding communication.
