The Executive Producer (EP) will lead the production of a high-quality Online Multiplayer RPG, from concept to launch and beyond. This senior leadership role involves managing cross-functional teams, driving the game’s vision in conjunction with the Game Director, managing budget and timelines, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, including the publishing team, to ensure a successful product. The EP is ultimately responsible for the game’s success in terms of both quality and market performance. Responsibilities include partnering with the Game Director to promote the strategic vision, overseeing all phases of development, managing budgets, reporting project status, ensuring QA processes, leading cross-disciplinary teams, mentoring senior management, managing external partners, driving pre-launch activities, overseeing post-launch content, and collaborating with marketing and live operations teams. Qualifications include proven experience as an Executive Producer or Director of Production in game development with at least one successful multiplayer game shipped, 10+ years of experience including 3 years in a director or executive producer role, experience with AAA multiplayer games or live service titles, strong leadership and project management skills, and passion for gaming.
