Talent Attraction Specialist, Hiring for HR, Office Admin, Procurement & Supply Chain @ LHH
LHH is seeking a professional Executive Assistant that will provide high-level administrative, communications support to the CEO, the executive leadership team, and have strong event planning experience. The Executive Assistant will interface both internal and external parties with a high level of professionalism and in a manner that reflects positively on the organization. They serve as a liaison to senior teams; organize, coordinate executive outreach, internal communication efforts, manage special projects, and coordinate company wide events. This role is contract to hire and will require the candidate to go on-site in the Sandy Springs area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage scheduling, calendars and meetings for the CEO and the executive team as requested. Organize complex calendars and schedules resolving any scheduling issues.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute company-wide events including leadership offsites, team-building activities, holiday celebrations, and quarterly town halls.
- Manage all event logistics such as venue selection, catering, travel arrangements, audiovisual setup, and vendor coordination.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders during event planning and execution phases.
- Negotiate contracts with venues and service providers to ensure cost-effective and high-quality event delivery.
- Maintain a calendar of events and proactively manage deadlines and deliverables.
- Manage a regular internal communications rhythm for the business, including scheduling town hall meetings, business updates, and distributing other internal messages.
- Provide professional interface to the board of directors and other external partners.
- Prepare Word, Excel, PowerPoint presentations, agendas, reports, special projects and other documents in support of objectives for the organization.
- Assist in preparing and managing presentations and decks for the CEO and the Executive Leadership Team.
- Provide overall office management to the Atlanta team including logistics with building management, mail, supplies and other support as required
- Draft and prepare correspondence for internal announcements, board meetings, and organizations that the executive is involved with
- Be responsive to emails/texts/phone calls, with contact outside normal business hours.
- Screen incoming telephone calls; take and deliver accurate messages; respond to requests by gathering and providing information and referring non-routine calls to the appropriate staff.
- Arrange travel and accommodations for executives. Prepare expense reports.
- Conserve the Executive's time by reading, researching, collecting and analyzing information as needed, in advance.
Skills and Qualifications:
- 5+ years of related experience required in working in an executive assistant role supporting C-Level executives.
- 3 years of experience creating communication and presentations for organization wide distribution.
- 2+ years of event coordination experience.
- Proven experience in executive support and event coordination.
- Strong project management and organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
- Impeccable professionalism; strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and operate in a fast-paced environment with people working in multiple locations.
