Steel Detailer (Structural Steel and Miscellaneous Steel)

Location: Minneapolis, Minnesota (Hybrid)

(Must be a US citizen + Green card holder)

Are you fluent in steel? Were on the hunt for a Steel Detailer who lives and breathes precision someone ready to transform structural drawings into flawless shop-ready deliverables.

This is your chance to join a tight-knit, experienced team where your detailing skills directly drive success on commercial and industrial steel projects across the U.S.

What Youll Do

• Produce accurate, timely shop and erection drawings using Tekla
• Ensure detailing standards meet project specs, codes, and internal QA

Must-Haves:

• 5+ years of experience detailing structural steel
• Proficiency in Tekla Structures
• Deep knowledge of AISC standards, shop practices, and steel fabrication
• Ability to read and interpret structural and architectural drawings
• Strong communication youll be client- and shop-facing at times

Nice-to-Haves:

• Experience in connection design or modeling
• Familiarity with clash detection tools or BIM coordination
• Past work on mid- to large-scale commercial or industrial jobs
