Job Summary:
We are seeking a friendly and detail-oriented Receptionist to join our team. This role involves greeting visitors, answering calls, and assisting with light bookkeeping tasks such as invoicing and data entry.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional manner
- Answer and direct phone calls and emails
- Maintain office organization and supplies
- Assist with basic accounting tasks (invoice processing, data entry, expense tracking)
- Support administrative tasks as needed

What We’re Looking For:
- Previous receptionist or administrative experience preferred
- Basic QuickBooks knowledge (invoicing, data entry)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
