This role offers hands-on experience in quality assurance and control processes, providing valuable insights into the construction industry while supporting the success of our Quality team.Explore your tasks and responsibilitiesQuality Validation and Compliance: Assist in validating final installations to ensure compliance with design documents and regulatory codes. Collaborate with the QA/QC team to maintain and improve quality standards on site. Safety Enforcement: Support the enforcement of the company's Safety Policy, demonstrating diligence and prioritizing safety in all activities. Participate in identifying and addressing potential safety issues on-site. Coordination and Meetings: Attend kick-off and clarification meetings with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure alignment on quality expectations. Participate in quality meetings with owners and subcontractors, contributing to discussions and action plans. General Support: Provide assistance with various QA/QC tasks as assigned to ensure project quality goals are met. Collaborate with team members to enhance project outcomes and maintain compliance with industry standards. Show your expertiseCurrently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field. Junior or Senior standing with a GPA of 3.0 or higher preferred. Previous internship experience in a project team environment is a plus. Strong attention to detail and analytical skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Familiarity with construction drawings, specifications, and QA/QC processes is advantageous. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
