Sleepy Eye Medical Center, a well-respected healthcare provider in Sleepy Eye, Minnesota, is seeking a BC/BE Family Medicine OB physician to join its growing, dynamic team. This is a unique opportunity to practice full-spectrum Family Medicine with OB services in a supportive, collaborative environment.
The Opportunity
Collaborative Team:
Join a close-knit team of 4 Family Medicine OB providers dedicated to patient care and teamwork. Diverse Practice:
Enjoy a mix of inpatient, outpatient, and OB care, offering variety while maintaining a balanced workload. Ideal Work-Life Balance:
Work a 4-day week with minimal call, allowing you to spend quality time with patients and still have time for yourself. See an average of 12-15 patients per day, ensuring you have time to provide the best care possible. New grads welcome - mentorship available. Visa support.
Compensation and Benefits
$350K ongoing base with the potential to earn $500K-$600K through productivity. $100K signing bonus to welcome you to the team. 30 days of paid time off, ensuring you have ample time to recharge and enjoy life outside of work. Residency, relocation assistance, and a CME stipend to continue your professional development. Health, dental, vision, and a matching 401K to secure your future.
