Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service
Lead and motivate a team of employees, fostering a positive work environment
Hire, train, and manage staff, ensuring excellent customer service and performance
Monitor inventory, control costs, and manage budgets to maximize profitability
Ensure compliance with food safety, health regulations, and company policies
Handle customer concerns and feedback professionally to maintain satisfaction
Develop strategies to increase sales and drive customer engagement
Qualifications:
Previous experience in restaurant management, preferably in the fast-food industry
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high-pressure situations
Experience in scheduling, budgeting, and inventory control
Knowledge of food safety and health regulations
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
