POSITION OVERVIEW
Fidelity National Financial (FNF) is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Purchasing Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for procuring supplies, print/promotional products, equipment, and services for all departments and subsidiaries within the organization. This role requires excellent customer service and people skills, along with a background in customer experience and preferably sales-related support.
LOCATION This is a hybrid position out of our HQ in Jacksonville, FL. Tuesday - Thursday required in office, Monday & Friday, work from home. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Procure supplies, equipment, and services for all FNF departments and subsidiaries within the FNF family of companies. Provide exceptional customer service and maintain positive relationships with vendors, internal customers, and management. Obtain quotes, process purchase orders (POs), and communicate effectively with all stakeholders. Manage multiple and simultaneous projects efficiently. Think on the job and problem-solve as situations arise. Communicate in a friendly and professional manner. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
High school diploma or GED (bachelor's degree preferred). Requires 3-5+ years of experience in purchasing and/or a customer service role. Self-motivated with a positive attitude and professional demeanor. Ability to think critically and solve problems on the job. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Proficiency in M365 Suite with a strong background in Excel. Comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously. PREFERRED EXPERIENCE
Prior experience in a Purchasing Analyst role. IT aptitude with a background and interest in software, hardware, and technical specifications.
