Partner with FOH and BOH management to maximize sales and profits through managing P&L, inventory, and cash flow, achieving forecast and budget targets. Manage high-volume service periods, ensuring food quality, service, table interaction, and presentation meet TFK standards. Conduct line checks, facility walks, and participate in EcoSure & Health inspections to ensure a safe production environment. Oversee all FOH & BOH staff, including hiring, onboarding, scheduling, training, performance appraisals, and employee development, in accordance with company policies and laws. Support management development and key hourly team growth. We Look For People Who
Are passionate about creating memorable dining experiences and exceeding guest expectations. Handle stressful situations resiliently and manage last-minute requests effectively. Have over 5 years of managerial experience in full-service, high-volume restaurants. Possess strong financial knowledge and understanding of business operations. Are caring, self-motivated, and excel in leadership, coaching, and driving excellence. Additional Benefits
