Annual Bonus Eligiblity:
5% bonus based on pro-rated, annual pre-tax wages
Summary
The Customer Support Specialist role is an integral part of the sales operations team. This position requires a candidate who can multi-task effectively, prioritize requests, and is detail oriented. The responsibilities of the position encompass order processing, responding to customer inquiries, invoice creation and distribution, sending payment reminders, and miscellaneous administrative tasks such as internet research projects and data entry.
Key Role Responsibilities
Monitor the orders email box Process all orders Review POs for accuracy Communicate and follow up with customers when PO revisions are required Pricing, net terms, quantity, etc. Enter orders Generate invoices using Quickbooks Calculate shipping Enter order details Distribute invoices to the customer / upload invoices to customer payment portals Send email payment reminders and on hold notices to accounts Field customer inquiries, provide shipping updates as needed, etc. Assist with product returns and issuing credits Support commercial administrative processes such as Sunshine Act reporting Research doctor and hospital data Enter in Sunshine Act spreadsheet
Basic Qualifications
College degree preferred, not required 1-2 years work experience in customer service, accounts receivable or administrative role Skilled with MS Office suite Ability to follow instructions and adhere to process/procedures Attention to detail Strong interpersonal skills Familiarity with Quickbooks not required but, a plus Customer service experience required Familiarity with POs (purchase orders) a plus

Non-standard Work Schedule, Travel Or Environment Requirements
This position will be hybrid but primarily in the Office
Monday through Friday role with 3 days in Office and 2 days Remote.
Preferred Qualifications
PO processing experience Accounts Receivable/collections experience Experienced with working independently
