Position Overview: We are currently seeking a Temporary Maintenance Specialist to join our team at Park Avenue West, a 122-unit apartment community located in Denver, CO.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inspect the property regularly and address any necessary repairs or replacements.
- Complete work requests for both common areas and apartment units promptly.
- Conduct preventative maintenance to enhance property upkeep.
- Assess and repair appliances as required.
- Assist in preparing vacant units for incoming residents.
- Participate in occasional on-call duties (trip stipend provided for call-backs after regular hours).
- Foster a safe working environment for all.
Qualifications:
- 1 - 2 years of maintenance experience preferred.
- Basic understanding of electrical and plumbing systems, as well as painting skills.
- Experience with HVAC and EPA standards is preferred.
- CPO certification is a plus.
- A valid driver's license and proof of insurance may be required.
Compensation: $22 - $23/hr
