Description Futrend Technology is seeking an NIH Program Manager (NIH PM) to join our team of industry professionals with significant promotion opportunities. The NIH PM will oversee delivery and growth of health IT, consulting, and software development projects at the National Institute of Health (NIH). Responsibilities include managing contracts, leading teams, maintaining customer relationships, and driving business growth through existing programs and new opportunities.
Roles and Responsibilities Solution Delivery
Build and maintain excellent customer relationships to deliver value and innovation.
Provide leadership and foster an open, collaborative, and accountable culture.
Ensure performance meets customer expectations.
Manage multiple work streams across various IT and health-related services.
People Leadership
Hire and develop high-performing staff.
Foster a culture of transparency and accountability.
Mentor and coach team members.
Address issues proactively and support company certifications.
Operations Management
Achieve revenue, utilization, and satisfaction goals.
Expand capabilities in Health IT and emerging solutions like automation and machine learning.
Qualifications
8+ years of federal project/program delivery experience (> $5M annual).
Hands-on IT services delivery experience.
Ability to manage senior relationships and engage with agency executives.
Bachelor’s degree in an IT or technical field.
PMP certification required.
Knowledge of the Federal healthcare space and NIH HHS experience is a plus.
Understanding of federal acquisition and contracting processes.
Location NIH campus in Bethesda, MD, Tysons, VA, or Rockville, MD.
