Responsibilities:
Manage import/export policies, procedures to ensure compliance with requirements, in accordance with Singapore Customs Act and U.S. Export Control Regulations
Provide support to business units on regulatory and compliance matters
Document and Establish best practices for export controlled items within the company export controlled items such as the acquisition and disposition of items
Prepare import/export paperwork and maintain complete records for audit purposes.
Participate in company export compliance training seminars and other compliance initiatives
Requirements
Experience in export controls
Experience in defence, military or technology systems industries would be a plus
Good Knowledge of the Singapore Strategic Good (Control) Act
Knowledge of U.S. Export Control Regulations (ITAR, EAR, etc.) would be an advantage
