PowerTech, LLC is a manufacturer’s representative specializing in the promotion of products and services to the electric utility industry since 1998. Our primary customers include investor-owned utilities, rural electric cooperatives, municipals, distributors, and EPC firms in the Mid-Atlantic and New England states of the Eastern United States. We also work closely with utility contractors, statewide organizations, and advocacy groups related to the electric utility industry. Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Technical Sales Specialist. The Technical Sales Specialist will be responsible for promoting and selling products and services to the electric utility industry, providing technical support, and assisting customers with product-related inquiries. The role involves building and maintaining customer relationships, understanding customer needs, and delivering effective solutions. Daily tasks include sales presentations, customer service, responding to technical inquiries, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction. Qualifications
Technical Sales and Sales skills Strong Communication and Customer Service skills Technical Support experience Excellent problem-solving abilities Ability to work independently and remotely Experience in the electric utility industry is a plus Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field Seniority level
